Who can contact us
Anyone can flag an error. Creators, producers, rights holders and authorised representatives can request removal or review of a show or guide.
What to include
Email sheridan@spoilproof.com with your name, role or relationship to the show, show title, episode or guide link, the specific concern and the change or removal requested. Include enough information to verify your authority where relevant.
Review process
We aim to respond within five business days. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution deadline. We may ask for more information and may temporarily hide, limit or update the material while reviewing the request.
Outcome and follow-up
We will consider the concern and explain the action taken when we respond. If you disagree or have new information, reply to request further review. Flag urgent safety or privacy concerns clearly. This process does not limit any legal rights.
